Vintage Image Manipulation

This photograph by famed Civil War photographer Matthew Brady presents General Sherman with his staff, one member was unavailable and was added later. It seems as though this was planned because of the open space left for him, and the pose of the group that he balances out

    Once again, good planning saves the day. All the burning on the jackets is a nice touch — it definitely colors my views of history books now.
