Here is another case a photo being manipulated for a magazine cover. This model who was 5'10 and 120 pounds was drastically altered for the Ralph Lauren magazine cover.
This makes me think of how people have breed bulldogs so selectively to have wide shoulders and narrow hips that now most females are unable to give birth naturally and have to have puppies via c-section. The ideal is just wholly unnatural and impractical. Is that the ideal we want for ourselves as well?
anorexia!
ReplyDeleteShe looks pretty gross. Not sure I would want to see her naked?
ReplyDeleteFace is disproportionate to her body. Bad photoshop is bad.
ReplyDeleteHate this look. Curves all the way!
ReplyDeleteWeird. Her legs look to have been shortened. All her proportions are off.
ReplyDeleteJesus, that's quite the horrific shop.
ReplyDeleteThat is completely disgusting.
ReplyDeleteIt's like they've put effort into making her look crap
ReplyDeletepost this type of stuff more!
ReplyDeleteSkinny can be alright; however, that's just naaasty.
ReplyDeleteShame they hide the natural beauty of this model with a ridiculous interpretation of desirability.
ReplyDeleteThat's disgusting. I'm also worried about my girl getting a c-section; I think now like 1 out of 3 women get a C-section. I don't want that :(
ReplyDeletebad photoshop!
ReplyDeletepretty nice cover.
ReplyDeleteshes gross skinny
ReplyDeletewow she just looks flat out unhealthy and super tall
ReplyDeleteI learned something today.
ReplyDeletePoor bulldogs.
Ugly lil things though.
