Another Historical Image Edit





Here Canadian Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King was photographed with the Queen of England and her husband in 1937. Later he wanted to use the image on an election poster and had her husband, King George, removed. It is thought that showing just him and the Queen together made him look more powerful and influential.
