First Impression, Real or Fake?

I don't have information about this image, but as soon as I saw it my first thought was that it was a fake somehow.  Then I thought that was strange that that was my first reaction.  It could be real right?  What do you guys think?

I said real. I'm not committed to that though. I've seen stranger things that were true.

  18. Lions can become attached to humans pretty strong, so it is possible. Also, every lion knows it when somebody is behind him/her.

  21. First reaction is that it is real but skepticism hits real quick afterward. I mean how could she possibly get that close?

  22. Hmm depends. If it's a genuine wild lion then either she's got balls or its fake. It could just be a tamed lion though.
